Terrace design for Goethe Institute

As with many WOVEN projects, the modularity of the design for the terrace of Goethe Institute in Bratislava is the key to accommodate the changing needs of a vibrant cultural institution. A bright docking wall has been designed to incorporate planters while creating an expressive background for the semi-circular benches made of recycled plastic terrazzo. The benches can be wheeled around to create a setting for a variety of events, while at other times they can be simply docked to the yellow wall to offer comfort to the many visitors of the café.
